If you are a resident of Texas and a member of a current USA Gymnastics national or development team, you may use this form to update your Texas Acro pair/group profile. Each member of the pair/group should complete the form individually.

You may also submit photos (max 3 per pair/group) via email. If possible please send 1 photo of a close up or choreographic pose and 1-2 skill photos.
